Introductory Strength Training (Virtual)
New to strength training? Let's build your confidence and strength together! Whether you're looking to gain muscle, improve daily function, or simply feel more capable in your body, Dr. Helene will guide you through your strength journey with expertise and encouragement. Receive guidance on proper form and technique, and a progressive plan that meets you where you are. Each session includes a workout program and two weeks of text and email support.

Chronic Pain Virtual Physical Therapy
Living with persistent pain that just won't quit? Tried physical therapy before without relief? You're not out of options. Dr. Helene treats complex, long-term pain conditions through detailed movement analysis and a whole-person approach. We begin with a comprehensive assessment; sessions include self-treatment techniques, customized exercise programs, and education, building a toolkit that you can use moving forward.

$90/half hour (follow-up only)
Home Visit Physical Therapy
Available throughout Bergen County and in much of Essex and Passaic Counties, NJ. A home visit from Dr. Helene will include the same helpful resources as a virtual visit, with the addition of manual therapy and hands-on cuing.
