Postpartum Coaching

Individualized guidance and support from certified doula Erica, giving you the answers you won’t find in books to prepare for the emotional and logistical reality of becoming parents. Topics can include adjusting to parenthood and building confidence as caregiver to your newborn, healing and recovery from birth, feeding, sleeping, and other newborn care.

Virtual Physical Therapy and Movement Wellness

Musculoskeletal pain, urinary incontinence, diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles), pelvic organ prolapse, discomfort with intimacy—all possible dysfunctions after giving birth that you don’t have to live with! Dr. Helene will help you find your happiest, strongest new normal. If you don’t have any pain or dysfunction, wellness sessions will help you return to physical activity safely. Each session includes a customized home exercise program and two weeks of text and email support.

Lactation Support

Receive care, support, and expert assistance with breastfeeding from someone who has faced adversity and came out thriving, certified lactation practitioner Disa. Each session comes with a customized plan of care and two weeks of text and email support.

$70/half hour (follow-up only)

Home Visit Physical Therapy

Available throughout Bergen County and in much of Essex and Passaic Counties, NJ. A home visit from Dr. Helene will include the same helpful resources as a virtual visit, with the addition of manual therapy and hands-on cuing.

Nutrition Coaching

Create your custom plan to promote healing from birth, support breastfeeding (if applicable), and nourish against fatigue and changing hormones with nutritionist and doula Erica. Each session includes a customized plan of care and one week of text and email support.
